Ms. Girón
Media Specialist
This is Ms. Girón's sixth year at KP. Ms. Girón has a MLIS in School Library and a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Maryland, College Park. When she's not reading, she enjoys hanging out with her two dogs, Max and Lola.
Ms. Amaya
Media Assistant
This is Ms. Amaya's second year at KP and she’s ecstatic to be part of this library program. She is currently attending University of Maryland, Baltimore County for a bachelor’s in computer gaming and simulation. She adores music and a good nature walk.
Our Library Vision & Mission
Here at KP Media Center we hold the vision of a 21st century library which involves students in every day learning. The school library plays an applicable role within the school community, serving teachers, students, and its staff. At KP Media, students should be able to access the newest and most relevant selection of online resources and books. We hope to encourage students to learn more about the world around them through ethical research and their love of reading.
