Circulation
Please look at our chart to determine how many books your students can check out a book for and for how long. As always, due dates are stamped on the back of books.

If a student has an overdue material, they cannot check out books until it is returned.

Books can be renewed-- unless it's on hold for someone else. Check in with Ms. Girón!

Parents: If you have an issue with your child reading certain books, please email Ms. Girón
Kindergarten
Grades 1-2
Grades 3-5
2 books for 2 weeks
4 books for 2 weeks
1 book for 1 week
Fines
Fines are only given when books are damaged or reported lost.

There are no fines for overdue materials at KPES Media
What could be considered as damage:

Wet or moldy books
-
Ripped pages (tears, etc.)
-
Missing pages
-
Drawings on the pages
Ms. Girón will decide the extent of the damage based on their evaluation of the book(s).
Please pay fines in a timely manner. This ensures that we are able to replace the book in our library, for all students to enjoy again.
Payment may be completed in check or cash.
Online payments are temporary suspended as we get a new system in place.
